A video making waves online this week is a clip from “The Vanishing Oath,” a film by Ryan Flesher, MD, that illustrates how overhead costs, malpractice insurance and other expenses slash physician’s take home pay from the national average of $146,000 a year to just $27.72 an hour ... or roughly $58,000 a year.
That's less than what many high-school teachers make.

If you like what you are doing, you'll be fine. If you hate your work, no amount of pay will keep you from burning out.
